Bolzzen commando 4822D

Hi everyone i recently found out that my escooter was recalled in 2026 due to a failed pivot bolt connecting the stem to the deck. They have recently sent me a new pivot bolt but didnt explain where the bolt is on the scooter, can anyone help me identifying which bolt I need to replace thanks
