Looking for a downgrade...

So, I have a mantis x plus. I enjoy it. Im especially fond of having at least 25 mph (usually 30) and having dual motors so I can ride pretty easily in the snow. Big problem is im moving soon to a place that is on the 2nd floor so Im going to have stairs. The mantis is NOT portable, its heavy (about 66 pounds) and the latch that attaches the stem to the back of the scooter is absolute garbage.
Since I'll have to carry my scooter up and down the stairs every day (probably multiple times a day) I am looking for something lighter. If I get a new scooter im fine with a bit of a downgrade for the sake of weight. (For reference the mantis was about $1200). I dont have an unlimited budget, but as long as it is under $2000 im fine with anything that fits my needs. Honestly if you know of something more expensive and under 55 lbs I still want to know about it.
Here's what Im looking for
-as light as possible, 55 lbs at the most
-has suspension (this is a must for me), preferably one with really good ratings
-a folding latch that stays latched while carrying it
From the stuff I've been finding my best options seem to be
1. Navee st3 pro $850, 55.8 lbs
A little heavy, but the suspension and power appear to be great
2. Inmotion S1f $750 52.8 lbs
A little on the low end for stats but the weight is great for having suspension and speed/power
3. Navee st3 $650, 54.7 lbs
This one is mostly just cheap and meets my power needs. Im guessing it is still a bit heavy
So, my question for yall is if I dont have a cost limit what would the absolute best option be for my use case?
Anyone who has the navee st3 pro do you think carrying it up stairs every day is doable? Is the basic st3 just as good? Anyone who has inmotion s1f, does it perform well enough to justify the benefit of being lighter (and a little cheaper) ?
