Rear wheel misaligned and look diagonal– I have to turn the handlebar to ride straight...

Hi, I have a problem with my electric scooter.

I recently changed the rear wheel. After that, I braked hard at a red light and the rear wheel slipped a little. Since then, the rear wheel seems misaligned.

Now when I ride, I have to keep the handlebar slightly turned to go straight. The rear wheel looks a bit diagonal between the two arms that hold it.

Does anyone know if this is just a wheel alignment problem or something else?

And if i can repair it alone
